Events in the month of December 2026
$45.00 Registration
$15.00 Per Event
Brackets/Events will be structured using a round robin format: age 19 plus, skill divisions 2.5 and higher. Expect to play at least four games per event. Games will be played using traditional side-out scoring: 11 points, win by two.
Tournament staff will communicate with players via valid text number and email address.
Registration will be closed when the tournament director deems the day’s events are full.
The venue opens at 7am for check-in and warm-ups. National anthem 8 am.
• 8:30 am, Friday, December 4th - Women’s Doubles
• 8:30 am, Saturday, December 5th - Mixed Doubles
• 8:30 am, Sunday, December 6th - Men's Doubles
• (Singles matches will not be provided)
Approximate start times and bracket assignments will be provided seven days prior to the event date.
The tournament director reserves the right to re-seat players based on anticipated skill and bracket availability. Please be judicious in your bracket choices. We will NOT be using or reporting scores to DUPR.
Collectable t-shirts are available for purchase at an additional $20.00 cost to the event registration fees.
