DOUBLES COMPETITION
A casual, fun tournament for players age 55+, as of 12/31/2026. Thanks to our presenting sponsor, In addition to medals (Gold, Silver, & Bronze) all medal winners will receive a prize package! This is a non-sanctioned tournament subject to USAPA rules with modifications. Cost to sign up is $30 until September 26th then the cost will go up to $35.

Every year Southern Nevada Pickleball sponsors the Heroes Open Pickleball Tournament at Sunset Park. Proceeds from the tournament support First Responder and Veterans Programs.
This tournament format will be Round Robin/Pool Play with Playoffs for all divisions.
Divisions with 3 teams or less will be combined with another division.
Divisions with 4-9 teams will play a Round Robin, with the top 4 teams advancing to the Playoffs.
Divisions with 10-14 teams will be split into 2 Pools, with the top 2 teams from each pool advancing to the Playoffs (Max 14 teams per division).
All Round Robin and Pool Play matches will be 1 game to 15, win by 2. ** Divisions with 8 or 9 teams will play 1 to 11, win by 2.
Playoff Pre-Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 points, win by 2.
All Medal matches will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11 points, win by 2.
Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place ONLY in all combined events.
Match formats may change based on participation and court capacity, at the Tournament Director's discretion.
