Protests and Approvals
Notification postcards or written public comments regarding the support or protest of items to be heard by the City Council may be faxed to the City Clerk’s office at 702-382-4803. Please be sure to clearly indicate the meeting date and item number the comments pertain to.
Any comments of support or protest received for items to be heard by the Planning Commission will be forwarded to the Planning Department or can be faxed directly to the Planning Department at 702-464-7499.
Comments
Please note that for a comment to be considered valid and be processed it must include a residence address, or if applicable, a business address. Comments made in protest or support of an item will only be counted once per address and will only be accepted during the Protests and Approvals Period.
Late Postcards and Comments
Please note that postcards and comments received after an agenda posts will not be reflected online until after the meeting; however, the comments are made available to the members of the governing body for their consideration prior to the meeting.
Online Submissions
Online submissions will be accepted until 11:59 P.M. the day prior of the scheduled Planning Commission Meeting. Comments may also be submitted in person at the dais at the Planning Commission meeting, which is held at City Hall, Council Chambers, 495 South Main Street, 2nd Floor, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101.
Information submitted here will be made a part of the public record in accordance with the City of Las Vegas’ policies.
